Terms of service
✦ 1. GENERAL TERMS ✦
- Commissioning me confirms that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.- The commissions are for private, non-commercial use only- You may NOT in any way or form use my art for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) and/or AI art.- Prices are subject to change based on demands/complexity of the overall artwork .- Reference images for your characters are highly recommended. You may send stock images, mood boards, your own artwork, etc. Please be clear about what you would like from the start.- The customer understands that they will receive a digital artwork. There is no physical product.- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
✦ 2. PAYMENT ✦
- Prices are in USD and must be paid through PayPal. I will send an invoice upon accepting the commission.-For commissions over $130, you have the option to pay 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval. Any commissions $130 and under must be paid upfront in full.- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
✦ 3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY ✦
- I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a full refund- The approximate time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week - 2 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.- I will correspond and send updates to you throughout the process to make sure you get the best possible results- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image in PNG. There is NO physical product.
✦ 4.REVISIONS✦
- You get 3 rounds of revisions during both sketch and base coloring phase for free.- After the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments can be made free of charge.- Request for extra revisions after the first three rounds of each phase will be charged with a fee depending on the complexity of the request
✦ 5.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY ✦
I, Arte072 (the artist):- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolioYou (the customer/commissioner):- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media channels.- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
✦ 6.REFUND/CANCELLATION ✦
- The buyer is not allowed a full refund once I start working on the commission. If one is requested after starting but before final sketch approval, I will offer a 50% refund. (this does not include the PayPal fee)- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund. (this does not include the PayPal fee)- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again and will receive a public callout as a warning to other artists.- If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Arte072 (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
